FACEBOOK "GET OUT THERE" PHOTO CONTEST
Flavorus reserves the right to remove photos from the Facebook page and contest consideration at their own discretion.
Facebook users who have “liked” the Flavorus Facebook page will be voting to select the winning photo. The picture with the most votes will receive a pair of three day Electric Daisy Carnival 2012 Las Vegas passes. Two Facebook users who participated in the contest by voting on the pictures will also be chosen at random to receive one three-day Electric Daisy Carnival 2012 pass each.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to Flavorus Facebook fans who are 18 years of age or older by June 7, 2012. There is no entry fee. The contest is void where prohibited by law, or where the registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction have not been complied with. The contest is not open to employees of Flavorus or Insomniac Events.
DEADLINE
Fan photos will be accepted starting at noon PST on Monday, April 9, 2012. All entries must be submitted online by noon PST on Friday, June 1, 2012.
SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY
To submit a photo to be considered in the contest, you must:
1. “Like” the Flavorus Facebook page.
2. Upload a photo
To be considered for the prize without submitting a photo, you must:
1. “Like” the Flavorus Facebook page.
2. Vote on a photo that has been submitted for the contest.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Flavorus will announce the contest winner on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 via the Flavorus Facebook page: www.facebook.com/flavorus
TERMS
All photos must be the original work of the entrants and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the photo contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the photo, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit use of the photo by Flavorus.
Flavorus reserves the right to remove fan photos from the facebook page and contest consideration if the content of the photos is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate. The use of "vote sharing" websites or services in which votes are traded is strictly prohibited and will result in that entry's disqualification.
Each entrant agrees and grants Flavorus permission to make available and display/perform and otherwise distribute entrants’ names and photo submission in all media in perpetuity without compensation. Except where legally prohibited, submission of an entry into this contest constitutes permission for Sponsors to use the entrants’ names, photograph, likeness, school, address (city and state), and testimonials, in printed, broadcast media, or new media, in perpetuity, in any manner they deem appropriate in connection with promoting the photo submission itself or this contest, without further compensation in connection with this contest or the prize awarded.
