My intention is to make the Philly Muffin world famous like the cheese steak. San Francisco has the sourdough loaf and New York has the bagel and Paris has the baguette. My product is scalable. By scaling it, I become an exporter. The money I take in goes to employing my neighbors and purchasing Lancaster grown grains that are milled in Doylestown at castle valley mill. Also, I will be generating good press about philly's food culture.
