Jilly Well, it appears to be a great angle and a great shot to me. Maybe not everyone has the same settings on their computer monitor... but my computer monitor settings allow for all the light to show,...shades of light coming in everywhere on the left and spilling over slightly to the right side. Good shot from the front angle too. I know how hard it is to pose a puppy... and how hard it is especially for a black furred animal pic to come out well. This took some skill, and a very cute puppy too

Andrew There are plenty good pics in this contest, but I do love giant breeds, am a fan, and this pic is such an adorable one to represent our giants :) to me it shows so much detail and I like the light colors in background blurred by camera focusing on what's most important --a moment in time, emotion and love in your pet's eyes. This pup does also look so comfy and it feels as if he looks right through you. You have my vote.
