Spoonflower's 12 Days Of Giveaways Official Rules

Please note that individual giveaways may have additional or updated rules.

	•	No purchase necessary.
	•	By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, Spoonflower, Inc.
	•	Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes which may be payable due to receipt of prize, including -- for non-US winners -- any customs charges associated with importing the prize from the US.
	•	Promotion is open only to persons who are 13 years of age or older as of December 27, 2012. 
	•	Employees, contractors and representatives of Spoonflower and their immediate families or household members are ineligible to participate.
	•	This Promotion is open to residents of any country, but is void where prohibited by international, federal, state, or local law.
	•	Participants may not use sophisticated telephone or computer equipment, or software or services designed to increase the number of entries to win the contest. Winners who are found to have used such equipment, software or services will be disqualified.
	•	One winner per household.
	•	Spoonflower, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time. All prize award decisions are final. The decisions of Spoonflower, Inc. are final. Rules may be changed by Spoonflower at any time during contest.
	•	Winners must agree to release and hold harmless Spoonflower, Inc. and its affiliates, agencies, advertisers, sponsors, licensees, and immediate families from claims, liabilities, or legal actions which may arise as a result of winning a prize in the contest.
	•	Employees, agencies, representatives, affiliates, and immediate families of Spoonflower, Inc., and any official contest/promotion participant are not eligible.
	•	Contests are open only to participants in all countries and locales where permitted by law.
	•	Prizes may not be exchanged, substituted, transferred or redeemed for other prizes by winner. Prizes are non-transferable. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute for prize.
	•	To be eligible to win, each winner may be required to sign a release giving Spoonflower permission to use his or her name, picture, portrait, and likeness for publicity purposes connected with this promotion without additional compensation. Winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and release as a condition of winning. Where applicable, tax forms must be completed.
	•	Participants MUST provide Spoonflower with a valid email address via the entry form in order to enter the contest. Winners must provide their mailing addresses (via help@spoonflower.com or in response to an email from the sponsor) and any other information necessary to award prize within thirty (30) days to claim prize. 
	•	Prizes not claimed in 30 thirty days will be forfeited by winner.
	•	By entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Spoonflower, Inc., and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant’s participation, or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion.
	•	Spoonflower is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, human error, technical malfunction, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failure of any telephone, computer or other network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access the Facebook or the Spoonflower web site, for the inability to upload or download any Competition-related materials from Spoonflower, or for late, lost, damaged, corrupt, misdirected, delayed, garbled, incorrect inaccurate, stolen, damaged, or incomplete Entries.
