No purchase is necessary to win. Entries are taken from April 22, 2013, at 12 am CT  through May 12, 2013, at 11 pm CT. All three (3) winners will be announced on  May 13, 2013, at 12 pm CT. Employees of COSTA SUNGLASSES and any affiliates of either company are not eligible to win or participate. Any person in the immediate family of an employee of either COSTA SUNGLASSES (including the spouse, children, parents, brothers and sisters of any employee) living in the same household of any such employee is also not eligible to win or participate. Winners must be a resident of the United States and 13 years of age or older. The contest sponsor cannot be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. The winners will be notified by email or phone. The prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions, including cash substitutions, will be allowed. COSTA SUNGLASSES also reserves the right to amend prize details and particulars or disqualify an entry without notice. Winners will be determined by the method explained in the post (random electronic drawing) and the decision of the contest sponsor shall be final. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected within 24 hours. By accepting the prize, the winners agree to the use of their name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
