Sea-Band Mama New Mommy Sweepstakes (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Sea-Band International (“Sponsor”), marketer and distributor of the Sea-Band Mama products.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor (not Facebook) when entering and when contacted for prize fulfillment.  Information will not be shared or sold.

ELIGIBILITY: 
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are age 18 or older at the time of entry.  Void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, electronic media firm, Robin Leedy & Associates, Inc. (“Giveaway Administrator”), the immediate families of such employees (employees’ parents, siblings, children and spouses) and members of the same household of such employees, and anyone involved in the production, development or handling of this Giveaway are not eligible to enter. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER: 
Submit entry as instructed per the entry form via the Votigo Application. Giveaway runs from July 7, 2015, at 12 p.m.. ET, until August 30, 2014 at 12 pm ET with winners randomly selected at 12 p.m.  on prizing days and announced just after 12 p.m. ET on the following prizing days:  6/15/14, 6/30/14, 7/15/14, 7/30/14, 8/15/14 and 8/30/14 (the “Giveaway Period”).  Limit of one entry per person, household or email address. Tampering and/or multiple registrations from the same entrant may result in ineligibility to receive a prize. Giveaway administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect mailing addresses or invalid entries. All entry information collected becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be shared or sold.

PRIZE: 
On the  7/16, 7/23, 7/30 and 8/6 (2015) at 12 p.m. ET, one (1) winner will be randomly selected (four (4) winners total) from all eligible entrants received at the time of that specific prize announcement, to receive one (1) prize package.  Each prize package consists of the following:
•	One (1) Target retail gift card ($250.00 value)
•	One (1) Petunia Pickle Bottom diaper bag ($150.00)
•	Sea-Band Mama Ginger Lozenges ($7.49)

Each prize package is valued at approximately $407.49 USD, plus shipping and handling depending on winner location. Total ARV for all prizes (4 total) is approximately $1,629.96 USD.

Prizes may vary in color, size and other respects from items shown or described on Giveaway Website. Any expenses not mentioned above are the winner’s responsibility. If applicable, taxes are the winner’s responsibility. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution for prize except as may be necessary due to product unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received by the date each prize package winner is selected.

WINNERS of a prize package will be notified by email to the address provided on the official entry form and announced on the Sea-Band USA Facebook page (www.facebook.com/seaband). Prizes will be mailed to the address supplied on the official entry form. No other notification will be provided. Winners can expect to receive their prize within four (4) weeks of their prize announcement or sooner at Administrator’s discretion.

Winners will be randomly selected by the Giveaway Administrator, Robin Leedy & Associates, Inc., whose decisions regarding this Giveaway are final. Limit of one prize per household. Any prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner (by random selection). Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s consent that the Sponsor may use the winner’s name, address (city and state only), and likeness, and any written statements made by the winner about the Giveaway and Sponsor, for promotional purposes, in all forms of media, in perpetuity and without monetary payment or additional consideration.

GENERAL TERMS: 
Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Participants in this Giveaway, hereby waives and releases, the Sponsor, its parent company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, Robin Leedy & Associates, Inc., and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, or claims and arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the entrant’s acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or inability to use, a prize in the Giveaway, or their participation in the Giveaway, or their participation in any Giveaway or prize-related activity. Participants acknowledge that the Sponsor and other released entities and individuals have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness, except for any standard limited warranty offered by any manufacturer of the non-cash prize.

Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Robin Leedy & Associates, and any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors and employees, from and against any loss, claim, cause of action or other proceeding arising out of Entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and or any prize-related activity resulting therefrom. 

INTERNET: 
Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person’s ability to enter the Giveaway. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend advertising the Giveaway on the Internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be disrupting the operation of the Giveaway or Giveaway Website. If the integrity of the Internet portion of the Giveaway is compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to modify Giveaway and randomly select winners from valid entries received that are unaffected by the problem. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any online entrant, entrant will be deemed the individual named on the online entry. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Rhode Island, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether the state Rhode Island or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state Rhode Island. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SPONSOR OR SPONSOR’S WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
