1. Eligibility: Contest open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Void where prohibited. Employees of Athletic Xtreme, Nutrition Distribution, LLC and their immediate family and household members, their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, marketing and promotion partners, and any entities or individuals associated with the development, fulfillment of or supply to this Contest are ineligible to enter or win. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and consent to use of their contact information for future communications from Athletic Xtreme and it’s authorized marketing partners, including advertising, promotions, surveys, contest/sweepstakes and other similar communications without compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. Entrants that do not consent to such use of their contact information may unsubscribe at any time. Athletic Xtreme will not sell or rent your contact information to any third party.

2. How To Enter: Visit http://www.facebook.com/AthleticXtreme during the contest period and enter via the Votigo application. Athletic Xtreme is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries.

3. Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by Athletic Xtreme, 2245 W. University Drive, Tempe, AZ 85281.

4. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Athletic Xtreme, which are final and binding.

5. Drawing: 1 Winner will be determined by means of a random drawing from all eligible entries accumulated during the contest. Drawing will occur within 48 hours of the published contest end date and will be conducted by Athletic Xtreme. Potential prize winners will be notified by email. By entering the contest, Prize winners are affirming Eligibility/Liability.  Return of prize notification email as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. Prize(s) and Odds of Winning:  Winners will receive 
- One (1) full sized Athletic Xtreme SuperSize or Ultra Reps.

 Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Prize is not redeemable for cash; nor is it transferable or substitutable. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. If a winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be chosen.

7. General: Athletic Xtreme reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest if any fraud, virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, proper play of the Contest, or submission of entries of the Contest as determined in its sole discretion. In such event, Athletic Xtreme reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Athletic Xtreme reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Athletic Xtreme reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Contest, entrant agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors (c) lost, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (d) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt and use of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, Released Parties shall not be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

9. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Arizona.

10.Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes winner’s consent to Athletic Xtreme’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

12. Official Rules/Who Won: To find out the name of the winner, or receive a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped business envelope, to Athletic Xtreme, Attn: AX Giveaway Contest, 2245 W. University Dr., Ste. 5, Tempe, AZ 85281 on or before December 31, 2012.
