SPONSOR: The GRIME BOSS Where's Your Grime? Sweepstakes is sponsored by Nice-Pak Products, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and distributor of GRIME BOSS® products.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook®, Instagram® or any other platform on which it is being promoted. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to any other 3^rd party when entering and when contacted by the Sponsor or its representatives. While the retailers mentioned in the prizes are not sponsors of this sweepstakes and do not endorse the GRIME BOSS® brand or this sweepstake specifically.

ELIGIBILITY: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, electronic media firm, RLA Collective, Inc. (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), the immediate families of such employees (employees’ parents, siblings, children and spouses) and members of the same household of such employees, and anyone involved in the production, development or handling of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER: Submit entry sign up as instructed per the entry form via the Votigo Application (“Sweepstakes Website”). Sweepstakes, including entry period, begins at 3:00 p.m. E.T. on Tuesday, November 27, 2017, and ends at 3:00 p.m. E.T. on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 (the “Giveaway Period”). Limit of one entry per person, household or email address. Tampering and/or multiple registrations from the same entrant may result in ineligibility to receive the sample. Sweepstakes Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect mailing addresses or invalid entries. All entry information collected becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be shared or sold.

PRIZES (3 winners total):

Three (3) winners each get a choice of $100 gift card from a key GB retailer (Bass Pro, Cabela's, Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart) based on the biggest cause of their GRIME and a pack of GRIME BOSS Hand & Surface Wipes.

Total prize value of all 3 prize packs is approximately $330.00 US excluding shipping and handling depending on location to which it is shipped.

Any expenses not mentioned above are the sample recipient’s responsibility. If applicable, taxes are the sample recipient’s responsibility. Prizing is nontransferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution except as may be necessary due to unavailability of a specific prize item, in which case an item of equal or greater value will be awarded at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Winners, randomly selected from all eligible entrants, will be notified via email to the email address provided on the official entry form and by announcement on the GRIME BOSS® Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/GrimeBoss/) by Wednesday, December 20, 2017, at 5 p.m. ET or sooner based on the administrator's decision to announce winners after the sweepstakes entry period concludes. The prize will be mailed to the address provided (no PO boxes accepted) on the official entry form. No other notification will be provided. Winners can expect to receive their prize within four (4) weeks following the Sweepstakes end date of 12/19/17 or sooner at Administrator’s discretion.

Sweepstakes winners are randomly selected from all eligible entrants during the Sweepstakes Period by the Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions regarding this Sweepstakes are final. Limit of one prize per household. Any prize returned unopened as undelivered will be awarded to an alternate recipient (by additional random selection). Except where prohibited by law, entrance and/or acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify the recipient’s consent that the Sponsor may use the recipient’s name, address (city and state only), and likeness and in combination with any written statements made by the recipient about the Sweepstakes and Sponsor, including as part of the winner’s Sweepstakes entry, for promotional purposes, in all forms of media, in perpetuity and without monetary payment or additional consideration.

GENERAL TERMS:

Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Participants in this Sweepstakes, hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless Facebook®, Instagram®, the Sweepstakes Sponsor, its parent company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, including the Sweepstakes Administrators, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause of thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or inability to use a prize in the Sweepstakes, or their participation in the Sweepstakes, or their participation in any Sweepstakes or activity. Participants acknowledge that the Sponsor and other released entities and individuals have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness, except for any standard limited warranty offered by any manufacturer of the non-cash prize.

INTERNET:

Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend advertising the Sweepstakes on the Internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be disrupting the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes Website. If the integrity of the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes is compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to modify Sweepstakes and randomly select winners from valid entries received that are unaffected by the problem.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any online entrant, the entrant will be deemed the individual named on the online entry. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SPONSOR OR SPONSOR’S WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

DATA PROTECTION/PRIVACY POLICY:

Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor for promotional purposes and shared with third parties involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the online Privacy Policy posted and applicable data protection laws. The entrant agrees to the collection, processing, and storage of his/her personal data by Sponsor for purposes of the Sweepstakes and Sponsor’s promotional purposes, and for future contact should entrants opt-in for additional/future information from the Sponsor.

APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION:

With respect to any dispute regarding the Giveaway, your rights and obligations and actions shall be governed by the laws of New York, as if the rules were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within New York. Any dispute relating in any way to your participation in the Giveaway shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New York. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to or consolidated with an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
