DECA chapters can participate in the DECA Ethical Leadership Challenge and learn about principle-based ethics and the eight principles of ethical leadership. DECA is hosting this challenge in partnership with MBA Research & Curriculum Center and with support from the Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative High School Program.
Through the challenge, teams of 1-4 members will develop a 3-5 minute public service announcement (PSA) video describing one of the following ethical principles: fairness, rule of law or transparency. You can be as creative as you like in creating and producing your PSA, but the video must be at least 3 minutes and no longer than 5 minutes.
