First Responder 2025

Official Rules:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entrants may win one of two VIP Experiences on either January 5, 2025 or April 6, 2025.

How to Enter: Sweepstakes must be entered by uploading your favorite First Responder on the VyStar Credit Union sponsored website at: First Responder 2025  or by mail at:- First Responder, Marketing Department, 76 South Laura Street, Jacksonville Florida 32202. Requests must be received before 11:59 p.m., December 18, 2025. 

Responders are considered:

• Law Enforcement Officers (Police Officers): These are officers who maintain law and order, investigate crimes, and protect the community.
• Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs): They provide medical care, stabilize patients, and transport them to hospitals.
• Firefighters: These brave professionals combat fires, perform rescues, and handle hazardous situations.
• Other Emergency Personnel: This category includes flight nurses, Community response team, medical helicopter pilots, mobile intensive care nurses, and members of the National Ski Patrol.

The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of VyStar Credit Union. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission will be void.

Entrants must nominate an individual and select a VIP experience at one of the below events:

Winners will receive a VIP Experience at one of these events:

• January 5, 2025: Orlando Magic Basketball game with 4 Game Day tickets, an on-the-court experience where the chosen winner will be thanked for their service. ( Prize package valued at $1500.)
• April 6, 2025: Solar Bears Ice Hockey Game to include 4 Game Day Tickets, parking, in-game experience where the chosen winner will be thanked for their service. (Prize package valued at $500.)

Drawings will be held at or around Noon EST on or before December 20, 2024. You do not need to be present to win. Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes within twenty – four (24) hours following the winner selection.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entrants can enter unlimited times during the contest period.

Rights Granted by you: By entering this contest you understand that VyStar Credit Union, anyone acting on behalf of VyStar Credit Union, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

Winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes. Employees of VyStar Credit Union and their immediate families are not eligible to win. Contest is limited to current VyStar Credit Union members who are legal residents of Florida and Georgia. All winners will need to verify their membership.

Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in via a panel selected under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes within two (2) days following the winner selection.

Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winners’ name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to VyStar Marketing Department.  76 South Laura Street, Jacksonville Florida 32202. Requests must be received no later than February 20, 2025
