The Opportunity Shop
The Opportunity Shop is part of the Arnprior Regional Health Auxiliary. The Op Shop has been part of the community since 1974. We have more than 100 volunteers who contribute on average 900 volunteer hours each month. The Op Shop provides its customers with an incredible variety of clothing, footwear, housewares, books, jewelry and more at reasonable prices for all community members. Of course, this would not be possible without the generous donations received from the community and surrounding areas. The Op Shop is grateful for the continued support over the years. Each and every donation contributes to our efforts to positively impact the health and wellbeing of individuals in our community. We would be very grateful if the McDougall Community Chest contest chose the Op Shop for an award. The Op Shop would use the funds to raise money for a new CT Scanner and other medical equipment for our local hospital. We thank you for the opportunity to share the Op Story with you!!
