Floating Market

This woman and her young son made a living by selling snacks and refreshments to tourists at one of the 7 natural wonders of the world: Ha Long Bay in Vietnam. Even though their income was scarce, they were two of the happiest people I have ever met. The photograph was taken right after her son started throwing bottles into the water, regardless of her efforts to pick them up.
