Mailloux's Home Away From Home
Craig Mailloux is a pilot and a photographer. He gave me a tour of his hangar, or as he likes to call it, his "home away from home." It was packed with memorabilia from his aviation life as well as his incredible decades-long career as a newspaper and wire service photographer and photo editor. Craig told me that Santa Paula Airport turns 85 years old next year. By Oxnard photographer Patricia Marroquin
