He's who I work out with. I way 250 5'1 and I don't just need but I have to lose weight before its to late with the medical problems I'm starting to develop from being so overweight. He's my reason for getting healthy. I do zumba on the Wii and I walk. This weight can't come off fast enough. When I get it off I need to keep it off so I am also changing the way we eat. I know this doesn't show us working out but I don't really have a selfie stick for that lol.
