keeping my kids healthy is what its all

I weighed 336 pounds 3 years ago and since lost 135 pounds. I have maintained in a 15 pound range for 2 years but have not been able to get over this hump. My daughters are competitive cheerleaders and all i want is for them to not only never know what its like to be heavy..but always be healthy!!!!
