"I have a toddler" is no excuse!
I take my toddler for walks, on my back, every chance I get. Babywearing allows me to go everywhere a stroller can not. In the woods, up hills, through fields, across creeks. Nothing changes except the weight on my back. My son goes on every adventure with us, regardless of terrain. I refuse to let a toddler be my excuse for not being active and staying outdoors! My son enjoys every minute, including the ones where he gets to nap and go for a ride! #BeActiv
