Hiking at the Nature Center
I am 8 weeks post major hip operation to remove a bone tumor! I am in rehabilitation 2x a week to get stronger and staying active in the days in between! We go for long nature hikes every weekend with the kids, Wii Fit on the days we can't leave home!
