Wayah Bald Healthy Hike
Wayah Bald is crossed by the Appalachian Trail and is our family's favorite hiking destination each fall. From this site you can view the Appalachian mountains in North and South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee! We spend a week nearby in a remote cabin away from technology, spending our days seeking out waterfalls and other beautiful sights. This revitalizes our senses and brings us closer together as a family. Here my girls are taking a much needed break before we head off again for some healthy exercise and clean air!
