By entering you understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and may be contacted for prize fulfillment. Information will not be shared or sold.

ELIGIBILITY: Don't Forget Your Honey Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Canada (void in Quebec and where prohibited by law), who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Canadian entrants must correctly complete a skill-testing question (see official entry form for question) to be eligible to win a prize. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, electronic media firm, RLA Collective (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), the immediate families of such employees (employees’ parents, siblings, children and spouses) and members of the same household of such employees, and anyone involved in the production, development or handling of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering you agree that you are 18 years of age or older, an eligible US or Canadian resident and you are giving the Sponsor permission to contact you should you be randomly selected.

HOW TO ENTER: Submit entry as instructed per the entry form via the Votigo Application (“Sweepstakes Website”). Entry period begins June 19th, 2018, at 12 p.m. ET, and ends June 29th, 2018, at 12 p.m. ET, with twenty (20) winners announced on June 29th, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. ET on the HoneyWorks Facebook page and winners will also be notified via email.

One entry per person per entry period. Tampering and/or multiple registrations from the same entrant during one entry period may result in ineligibility to receive a prize. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for Sweepstakes. All entry periods are in Eastern Time unless otherwise noted. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect mailing addresses or invalid entries. All entry information collected becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be shared or sold.

PRIZES (20 winners): 

Twenty (20) winners will be randomly selected to each receive win a $50 Visa gift card and one package of HoneyWorks™. Value of the twenty prize packages in total is approximately $1,500 (US).

Any expenses not mentioned above are the winner’s responsibility. If applicable, taxes are the winner’s responsibility. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution for prize except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

WINNERS: Twenty (20) winners will be announced on June 29th 2018 at 12:30 p.m. ET. Winners will be notified via email to the address provided on the official entry form, by announcement on the HoneyWorks™ Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/HoneyWorksUSA/) and by having the prize mailed to the address provided (no PO boxes accepted) on the official entry form. No other notification will be provided. If this address is in an area where this Sweepstakes was void by law or outside of the United States, this winner will be considered ineligible and a new winner will be randomly selected for that Sweepstakes prize. Winners can expect to receive their prize within roughly four (4) weeks following the prize announcement of the specific Sweepstakes entry period they won in or sooner at Administrator’s discretion.

Winners will be randomly determined by the Sweepstakes administrator, RLA Collective, whose decisions regarding this Sweepstakes are final. Limit of one prize package per household per entry period. Winners of previous prize periods of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to win in an additional prize period of this Sweepstakes. Any prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner (by random selection). Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s consent that the Sponsor may use the winner’s name, address (city and state only), and likeness and any written statements made by the winner about the Sweepstakes and Sponsor for promotional purposes, in all forms of media, including online on Facebook, Twitter, etc., in perpetuity and without monetary payment or additional consideration.  Odds of winning depending on the number of eligible entries at the time of weekly winner selection.

GENERAL TERMS: Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Participants in this Sweepstakes, hereby waive, release, and agree to hold harmless Facebook® and the Sweepstakes Sponsor, its parent company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, RLA Collective, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause of thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or inability to use a prize in the Sweepstakes, or their participation in the Sweepstakes, or their participation in any Sweepstakes or prize related activity. Participants acknowledge that the Sponsor and other released entities and individuals have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness, except for any standard limited warranty offered by any manufacturer of the non-cash prize.

INTERNET: Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend advertising the Sweepstakes on the Internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be disrupting the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes Website. If the integrity of the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes is compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to modify Sweepstakes and randomly select winners from valid entries received that are unaffected by the problem. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any online entrant, entrant will be deemed the individual named on the online entry. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SPONSOR OR SPONSOR’S WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. 

APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION: With respect to any dispute regarding the Sweepstakes, your rights and obligations and actions shall be governed by the laws of New York, as if the rules were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within New York. Any dispute relating in any way to your participation in the Sweepstakes shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New York. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to or consolidated with an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
