1. Eligibility: Viggle The Voice Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), Puerto Rico and the territory of Guam who are 18 years or older. Employees of Sponsor (as identified below), Inc., their parents and affiliated companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter. 

2. Sponsor: Viggle Inc, 902 Broadway, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10010.

3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on May 23, 2013 and ends on June 5, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). 

4. To Enter: 

(a)	To enter, visit the Viggle Facebook Page www.facebook.com/Viggle to access the Sweepstakes tab (the "Sweepstakes Site"). "Like" (or have previously "liked") the Page and follow instructions to respond to 4 THE VOICE themed trivia questions. Each submission of an entry form and answered questions shall constitute one entry (the “Initial Entry”).  In addition, once you have completed these steps, you will be given the opportunity to share the entry through social channels, and each time you complete such a share, you will receive an additional entry (such additional Entries, “Social Entries”).   
(b)	On a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your name, email address, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area code included), and date-of-birth, and mail entry in a properly stamped #10 envelope to: Viggle The Voice Sweepstakes, c/o Viggle Inc., 902 Broadway, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10010.  Entries must be postmarked between May 23, 2013 and June 5, 2013 and received by June 8, 2013 to be eligible.  Entries through this mail-in method of entry are called “Alternative Entries.”

6. Limit: One Initial Entry Per Day.  Once you have completed one Initial Entry in a day, you may enter through Social Entries as often as you like.  You may submit as many Alternative Entries as you like.  Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, Facebook accounts, registrations and logins, or any other method will void that entrant's Entry and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

7. Winner Selection and Notification:  The Winners will be selected AT RANDOM on or about June 10, 2013. Winner will be notified via email and will have 24 hours to respond before a runner up is selected.

8. Sweepstakes Prize: Trip to THE VOICE finale on June 18, 2013
•	2 night accommodations in Los Angeles
•	Roundtrip Airfare to Los Angeles from any state in the Continental US
•	Two tickets to the 2 hour THE VOICE finale
•	Transportation to and from THE VOICE finale venue
•	$3,100 ARV


9. Administration of the Sweepstakes: Use of any mechanical or electronically assisted methodology to vote is prohibited. Any attempt to violate these Official Rules by using multiple/different email addresses, Facebook accounts, identities, registrations, logins, use of bots or any automated system or any other method is prohibited and will disqualify the votes, the voter from the Sweepstakes and may disqualify an entrant who attempts to subvert these Official Rules by any method or means. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected votes, which will not be counted. In the event of a dispute as to any vote, Sponsor's decision will be final. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes each entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

10. Verification of Potential Winner: Verification of selection process is determined solely by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. A potential winner is not a winner, unless and until that person's eligibility, selection and identity have been so verified and declared by Sponsor, including that such potential winner has been notified and fulfilled the conditions set forth in these Official Rules so that the verification process is complete. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is found to have failed for any reason to have complied with these Official Rules.  In addition, to be eligible for a prize, the winner must sign a publicity and general liability release as requested by Sponsor.

11. Ownership & License: Copyrights in all Entries submitted shall remain in the original holder but submission shall constitute the grant of a perpetual, non-revocable, fully paid license, without additional fee or consent, which license may not be terminated, withdrawn or impaired and which shall grant Viggle Inc and its designees full usage rights in and to such Entry and constitute permission and consent, without further compensation or attribution, to use, reproduce, print, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, perform, adapt, enhance, modify, use of display such Entry for any purpose, including but not limited to editorial, advertising, trade, commercial, and/or publicity purposes by Viggle Inc and/or others authorized by Viggle Inc, in any and all media now in existence or hereinafter created, throughout the world, in perpetuity, which license shall include the right to edit, adapt, and modify the material and to sublicense any and all of the forgoing rights.

12. Release: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of entrant's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/Sweepstakes agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees, insurers and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. 

13. Compliance with Official Rules: Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules after notification. Receipt of a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email after qualifying. Such potential winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within forty-eight (48) hours of the date notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited) ("Affidavit") in order to claim prize. If potential winner is a minor in his/her state of legal residence, potential winner's parent/legal guardian will be required to sign and return such Affidavit to Sponsor within such period. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the required time, the potential winner forfeits the prize. If the potential winner is disqualified, the next alternate will be the person with the next highest number of votes in the Sweepstakes.

14. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes or any portion of it, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any portion of it, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of the prize.

16. Disputes: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York or the appropriate New York State Court located in New York County; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant or voter be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant and voter hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants, voters and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.

17. Personal Information: Handling of all participant information, including e-mail addresses, will be consistent with the Viggle Inc, Inc. Notice of Privacy Practices. You are providing information to Sponsor and not Facebook. 

18. Winner: Complete winner information will be made available on or after June 20, 2013 and will be provided at the Sweepstakes Site. Official Rules are available at www.facebook.com/viggle.
