Share a picture of you and the woman (18+) that’s So Very Special to you for a chance to win a trip for two (2) to New York City, two (2) tickets to the “Broadway in the Park” event sponsored by WLTW, plus a chance to meet syndicated radio talk show host, Delilah. On May 28, 2012, one random Entrant (with guest) will be randomly selected to win the Keri Is So Very…™ Mother’s Day Sweepstakes prize package (Approximate Prize Value/APV: $3,800). The prize includes:
• Two (2) roundtrip coach class airline tickets to New York City from most major airports in the continental U.S. (flights will need to be booked two weeks in advance)

The Keri Is So Very…™ Mother’s Day Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Novartis Consumer Health, Inc. (“Sponsor”), marketer and distributor of the Keri ® Lotion brand of skin care products.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to US residents in the contiguous states, who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. No purchase necessary. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island or where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, electronic media firm, Robin Leedy & Associates, Inc. (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), the immediate families of such employees (employees’ parents, siblings, children and spouses) and members of the same household of such employees, and anyone involved in the production, development or handling of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER: Submit entry as instructed per the entry form via the Votigo Application (“Sweepstakes Website”).*
Photo Guidelines:
* Type of Photo: Only original digital photos will be honored; no tampering, altering or superimposing of photos permitted. When submitted online via the entry form, photo must be a clear, original digital photo in either jpg or gif format.
* Size of photo: 3x5, 4x6, 5x7 digital photo; photos larger than 5x7 or smaller than 3x5 will not be accepted.
* Background: No requirements.
* Poses: Picture should be of the person entering the contest with the special woman in her life ONLY. Picture should not include any other person other than Entrant and special woman. Photos containing additional people will not be eligible.
*Since the entry contains, all or part of, the name, nickname, username, biographical information, and/or photographic clips, portraits, likenesses or pictures of another other person other than yourself, you must obtain written permission, if that person is living, from the person that is included in your Entry before you include it in your submission, and provide such permission to Sponsor upon request.
Entrants must own the right to the photo submitted and it must be original and not digitally altered. Entries submitted without a photo will be deemed incomplete and will not be eligible for entry.
Photos will be screened by the Sweepstakes Administrator prior to entry. The Sweepstakes Administrator, working on behalf of the Sponsor, has the right to disqualify entries that do not follow the photo guidelines, do not meet the intent of this Sweepstakes, submit photos unrelated to the Sweepstakes theme or rules, are photos that contain more than two people (Entrant and special woman) or those that may be considered offensive, inappropriate or derogatory.
No correspondence or contact other than that specified in these Official Rules will be accepted as an entry in the Sweepstakes. All entry information becomes the property of the Sponsor; however, entry information will not be shared or sold.
HOW THE SWEEPSTAKES WORKS/PRIZE AND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION:
Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 A.M. EST on April 27, 2012, and ends at 11 P.M. EST on May 25, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Limit of one entry per person, email address and/or household. Multiple registrations from the same Entrant may result in ineligibility to receive a prize. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect mailing addresses or invalid entries. All entry information collected becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be shared or sold.
One Entrant will be randomly selected on Monday, May 28, 2012, at around 12 p.m. ET, from all eligible Entrants received, by the Sweepstakes administrator, Robin Leedy & Associates, whose decisions are final in all respects:

Travel to be taken/concluded between July 11, 2012, and July 14, 2012. Only those eligible Entrants available to travel during this specified Period should enter. If an Entrant is randomly selected who cannot travel during this specified Period, then that is considered forfeiture of the prize by the Entrant, and an alternative winner will be selected randomly by the Sweepstakes Administrator.
Selection of airline, hotel, events seating assignments and meet/greet location are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of winner and guest. Sponsor will specify travel dates, per above, and all travel must be taken on dates specified; no alternative travel dates are available. All travel subject to availability and restrictions.
Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Minor child may accompany winner as travel guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner. Minor must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled events (including the events: Meet and Greet with Delilah and Broadway in the Park, and/or airline flights) beyond its control.
Taxes are the winner’s responsibility. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution for prize except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
Winner Notifications: The Sponsor will announce the Winner of the Sweepstakes Prize by e-mailing the winning Entrant at the e-mail address entered and confirmed during registration, and/or by telephone via the telephone number provided on the winning entry form. The Sponsor reserves the right to announce the identity of the Sweepstakes prize Winner and the prize awarded to the Winner on any of its websites or those of its affiliates, including Facebook and Twitter, and via a press release to media.
Upon verbal and written (E.g. email) acceptance from the Winner, Sponsor will mail travel waivers, W-9, and a prize acceptance form/affidavit of eligibility to the Winner. Winner and guest must return all forms completed and signed within two (2) weeks of prize notification/receipt before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel within the United States.
If a prize notification e-mail is returned or deemed undeliverable, or if the phone number is out of service, or if the Winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, does not respond within two (2) weeks from prize notification or cannot travel on the specific travel dates as outlined, the Sponsor may decide, in its discretion, that the Winner has forfeited the prize and an alternate Winner of that prize will be selected from eligible Entrants. The above process will be repeated with this alternate Winner.
The Sponsor will announce with official Winner publicly per available methods once official Winner confirmed and signed affidavits completed/received.
GENERAL TERMS: Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Participants, in this Sweepstakes, hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, Robin Leedy & Associates, Inc., and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause of thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or inability to use a prize in the Sweepstakes, or their participation in the Sweepstakes, or their participation in any Sweepstakes or prize related activity.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s consent that the Sponsor may use the winner’s name, address (city and state only), and likeness and any written statements made by the winner about the Sweepstakes and Sponsor for promotional purposes, in all forms of media, in perpetuity and without monetary payment or additional consideration.
INTERNET: Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes or affect the fair administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to Entrants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend advertising the Sweepstakes on the Internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If the integrity of the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes is compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to modify Sweepstakes and randomly select winners from valid entries received that are unaffected by the problem. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any online Entrant, Entrant will be deemed the individual named on the online entry. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York State, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New York State or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York State.
