Rules
• Only one entry per person. Participants must "Like" the Pure TalkUSA Facebook page.
• You must be at least 18 years old to enter.
• Only NCAA teams will be accepted. If your team doesn't play during the period between Nov. 20-25, then bonus entries will be given if they won their most recent game prior to the contest deadline.
• Deadline to submit an entry is Sunday, Nov. 25 at 5:59 AM ET.
• Winner will be selected by random drawing and announced on Wednesday, Nov. 28, via the Pure TalkUSA Facebook page.
• For the WIN-WIN prize, both you and your friend must submit an entry. The main prize winner must name you as the friend who shared the contest app with them AND the SHARE post must be verified/viewable on Facebook timeline at the time of the drawing.
• The decisions of Pure TalkUSA are final in all matters relating to this contest and you are not a winner of any prize until you have been verified as a winner by the Pure TalkUSA.
• The winner will be contacted by email and asked to reply with an address and contact information for shipment of the prize; if the winner fails to reply by December 13, 2012, Pure TalkUSA may select an alternate winner and revoke all offers to the original winner.
• In the case of unforeseen circumstances, Pure TalkUSA reserves the right to alter or suspend the contest at any time.
• By entering, participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pure TalkUSA, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives, from any and all third party liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway, including without limitation any third party claim for copyright infringement or a violation of an individual’s right to privacy and/or publicity right.
