Photo Contest Rules
This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, 18 or older. These residents must have a valid driver's license. This sweepstakes is not open to employees and their immediate families/households of E-Z Rent-A-Car, Inc, or anyone involved with the production of this sweepstakes. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
No purchase is necessary to enter the sweepstakes. To enter, complete the entry form found on E-Z Rent-A-Car Facebook page or mail your first name, last name and email address to:

Only one valid entry per person and per valid email address. All entries must be received by April 1, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM EST.
By entering the contest, entrants grant E-Z Rent-A-Car, and those authorized by E-Z Rent-A-Car to display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed, for any promotional, publicity, and all other standard E-Z Rent-A-Car purposes. Any photograph reproduced will include a photographer credit as feasible. E-Z Rent-A-Car will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses. Contest entrant must possess ownership of the digital photograph. Use of any automated system or private contest groups to participate in the Contest is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the ownership or authorship of any entry, the registered account holder of the email address used to register on the submitting Facebook account will be deemed to be the registrant or participant.
Grand prize winner will win a gas card in the amount of what the national average per gallon of gas is on April 1, 2013 x 100.
Second place winner will win a gas card in the amount of what the national average per gallon of gas is on April 1, 2013 x 50.
Third place winner will win a gas card in the amount of what the national average per gallon of gas is on April 1, 2013 x 15.
Fourth place winner will win a gas card in the amount of what the national average per gallon of gas is on April 1, 2013 x 10.
Upon entering the sweepstakes, you are agreeing to the posted official rules found herein and the decisions made by the judges. Submissions will be considered void if incomplete or erroneous. E-Z Rent-A-Car holds no responsibility for lost, late, stolen or un-transmitted submissions, or any damage to any computer resulting from participating in this sweepstakes. If E-Z Rent-A-Car determines or suspects that any tampering to the integrity of the data received has occurred, E-Z Rent-A-Car reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes and hold a random drawing of received entrants to that point. Taxes on the prize are the responsibility of the winner. If the sweepstakes are modified, terminated or otherwise changed, a notice will be placed on www.ezrentacar.com. Winners may be required to respond to the notification email within seven (7) days and failure to do so could result in disqualification and selection of a new winner(s). All winners will be selected on April 7, 2013 according to the official rules posted herein. Winner will be notified via email on the day of the drawing.
