Submission Guidelines:
Submissions should consist of any variation of a sugar skulls. Your creation could be a T-shirt, jewelry, accessories or home decor. Simply create or decorate a skull with beads, gems, crystals, flowers, etc., and submit a photo of your finished piece! The piece should consist of at least two-thirds product currently available at Shipwreck Beads. Material options include seed beads, fire polished beads, crystals, rhinestones, charms, feathers, cords, chain, and more!
Submissions must be your own, original work, and currently in your possession. We may request to use your piece for our advertising purposes. Only one entry permitted per contestant.
All submissions must be photographed on a white or neutral-toned background. This ensures that all those fabulous little details in your set are easily discernible. As no actual physical pieces will be seen during the judging process, the quality and clarity of your photograph will impact your results!
Judges will pick the winner from the user submitted entries. We reserve the right to remove any and all photo entries that are deemed unacceptable or inappropriate for any reason. All decisions of the judges shall be made at their sole and absolute discretion and will be final.

1st Place: $250 Gift Card, 2nd Place: $75 Gift Card, 3rd Place: $50 Gift Card.
Shipwreck Beads employees and their immediate families are not eligible.
By entering, entrant is assuring Shipwreck Beads that entrant possesses the right to submit all entry materials for use by Shipwreck Beads as described in these contest rules without the consent or approval of any third party, and Shipwreck Beads is entitled to rely on entrant’s right to do so.
By entering the Sugar Skull Design Contest, each entrant is granting to Shipwreck Beads the perpetual, exclusive, and royalty-free right to: (a) use the photograph(s) and other entry materials submitted by the entrant without photo credit(s) for the photographer(s) who took the photograph(s), (b) photograph and reproduce the entry in the advertising, publicity, promotional and marketing materials of Shipwreck Beads in any and all media, and (c) use the name, image, likeness, and biographical data of the finalists and winners in connection with all of the foregoing uses.
The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
