OFFICIAL RULES OF THE VISION FOR YOUR MISSION PHOTO CONTEST

ENTRY:
Go to Facebook.com/HunterVision and Facebook.com/MarketColors and "like" the Hunter Vision and the Market Colors page. Then access the entry form to enter.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsors and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for sending occasional messages and offers.

LIMIT:
One entry per person with a valid Facebook account. No group entries. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, Facebook accounts, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods may result in disqualification by Sponsor, at its sole discretion.

ELIGIBILITY:
Legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, are eligible to enter, except employees of Sponsor, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or household members. Entries will be permitted for 3 categories:
- an active missionary
- an employee of a mission-based 501c3 non-profit organization
Those entering may do so on behalf of someone who fits in one of the categories mentioned above, or may enter for themselves if they fit in one of the categories mentioned above.

Contestants MUST submit photo content that is appropriate for family viewing. Hunter Vision and Market Colors reserve the right to disqualify and remove submissions that are inappropriate in nature. Additionally, photos used in the contestant submissions MUST NOT contain copyrighted material, or material that they do not have permission to use. By submitting photo entries, contestants relinquish ownership rights of all content featured in the photo. Hunter Vision and Market Colors will consider all material submitted as property of Hunter Vision and Market Colors, and may use these photos in any way that they choose.

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZING:
Deadline to enter photos is June 20 2013, at 8:00pm. From June 13 2013, at 8:00am to July 1 2013, at 11:00pm, the Facebook fans of Hunter Vision and Market Colors will then vote on the winning entry. Voting will end at 11:00pm on July 1, 2013.

Winners must be eligible for LASIK in order to accept the prize, and Hunter Vision reserves the right to refuse LASIK treatment to the winner if they do not qualify. Prize is non-transferable. If initial winner is not a candidate, Hunter Vision will select a runner-up to receive the prize.

ODDS of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By submitting your application, contestants agree to receive promotional material from Hunter Vision, Market Colors and their related affiliates. Hunter Vision and Market Colors will not sell, lease or distribute your contact information to any outside parties unaffiliated with Hunter Vision and Market Colors, and will use your contact information for the sole-purpose of offering special promotions from Hunter Vision and Market Colors, as well as important contestant notifications from the Vision for your Mission Contest. Registrants have an opportunity with each email to unsubscribe from our contact listings if they decide to discontinue contact from Hunter Vision and Market Colors and its affiliated partners.

FINALIST VOTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The Hunter Vision and Market Colors Video Contest will only allow Facebook users to vote once per day. This is in an effort to curb abuse of the voting system and any other malicious activity in attempt to tamper with voting results. Hunter Vision and Market Colors reserves the right and ability to disqualify any finalist who is suspected of deliberately attempting to gain an unfair advantage over other contestants, including (but not limited to) inflating their own voting results themselves or through a 3rd party (creating fake Facebook accounts).
