Los Angeles Women's Public Policy Inst.

The African American Women's Public Policy Institute (LAAAWPPI) is a non-profit organization that provides an intensive 10-week leadership program to prepare women to become more engaged in the issues that affect their communities. LAAAWPPI's primary mission is to create a pipeline for women to assume leadership roles at all levels of government, public policy, social service, community advocacy, and civic engagement.
